I love my dog. I love her so much that I make a birthday cake for her every year. Human, vanilla, birthday cake. And she eats a piece with the rest of us. She is a very special dog. =) Every year her birthday cake has a famous dog on it. This year, I returned to the Lady and the Tramp theme. It's her favorite movie. =)
Granddaddy was 87 on January 15th. We're celebrating tonight. We're only 9 days late. I thought this would be an appropriate theme for my retired minister grandfather.
This cake was for a baby shower at church. We're all looking forward to meeting Salleigh! I chose this design because it reminded me of her mom, Leigh Ann. Check back next weekend for Salleigh's second baby shower cake!
Brenna was a year old last Monday! Can't believe it! She loves to play with her Rock-A-Stack, so I made that her cake theme. Her mom was kind enough to take pictures of the toy so that I could get the colors right. Thanks, Mere.
Colin is 7. Geez. What? 7. Seriously. This year he asked for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. He wanted Harry Potter in the Chamber of Secrets with the Basilisk. Um...ok. So here it is. Best I could do. I threw in Tom Riddle's diary and the Sorting Hat for good measure.
Apparently Miss Patty Cake sings and tells Bible stories. I did not know this. But after looking at her website, I put her on a cake. She's kinda cute.
